Dawson Denim is a small company. Inspired by vintage fashion and motors, it launched its first range in 2012.

All their products (mainly aprons and denim pants) are made at their specialist workshop in Brighton, on the south coast of England.

Each piece is a historically inspired item that comes with a durability guarantee in the form of a log book which entitles the owner to a free repair service.

Kelly and Scott, the owners of Dawson Denim, use vintage sewing machines which make each garment charming and slightly different to the next. This gives the jeans an appearance that computer guided sewing machines cannot reproduce.

They use Red line Selvedge from Japan. The mill they work with is family run and is over 100 years old.
